Veteran Broadcast Engineer Wayne Pecena was recently recognized as the recipient of Radio World's 2014 Excellence in Engineering Award, due to his achievements in spearheading continuing education programs for fellow broadcast engineers.

Despite the award and industry-wide recognition, Wayne is a humble guy who just happens to love broadcast engineering. Wayne's desire to keep learning - and share his knowledge - is plain to see in this interview with the Texas A&M Aggie Engineer.
