All newly purchased Telos Alliance products come with a product warranty—2 years for hardware and 90 days for software products. The Extended WARRANTY extends the original product warranty in one (1) year increments.

Extended WARRANTY must be purchased while the product is within its original 2 year hardware and/or 90 day software standard warranty period. The extended warranty is purchased in one (1) year increments and can be renewed annually. If you purchase more than one year at a time, you will lock in the price for the duration of the contract.

Our Extended Warranty ensures the same level of support provided during the standard warranty period from our dedicated Customer Service team, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST).
