Unlimited Priority Support 

Experience unparalleled support with PLUS, offering unlimited priority access to our expert customer support team 24/7. Whether you reach out via phone, email, or our online support ticket system, rest assured you'll receive a prompt response from a knowledgeable professional in 4 hours or less, ensuring your issues are swiftly addressed and resolved.

Remote Assistance

PLUS includes Remote Assistance at no extra cost. Each incident or issue is initially covered for the first 60 minutes at no charge. Given that most inquiries and configuration questions can be resolved within this timeframe, this provides ample coverage for typical needs. Should additional time be required for a particular incident or issue, you have the option to purchase extra time at a 50% discount. However, in order to be as equitable as possible, we apply a Fair Use Policy on a daily basis. If your daily inquiries exceed a few hours or involve projects beyond the scope of standard Remote Assistance, we recommend utilizing our paid Professional Services. Software Updates

Enjoy seamless access to software updates at no extra cost throughout the duration of your PLUS subscription. By maintaining your PLUS level subscription, you'll guarantee uninterrupted access to the latest software updates, ensuring your product remains current and optimized.

Free License Migration

PLUS customers enjoy License Migration at no extra cost. License Migration facilitates the transfer of license activations between machines, dongles, as well as between License Servers. It also supports migration between different operating systems, provided the product is available for both. Additionally, PLUS covers the extraction of a software application from a hardware appliance to run it as a pure software version, ensuring seamless transitions and continued flexibility.

BackUp and Emergency License Activation

PLUS allows you to re-activate a license if you are stuck in an emergency or in a bind and need your license re-activated.

Free Priority Repairs

PLUS offers unlimited free product repairs, ensuring peace of mind. With each repair case, you have the flexibility to choose from the following services:
   • Free Priority Repair at factory/repair center, with turnaround time within 1-2 business days of receipt
   • Advance swap of the defective product, if available

Advance Loan & Swap Units

PLUS provides advanced loan and swap units to streamline the repair process. In situations where an advance swap isn't feasible or available, we offer complimentary advance loan units while your unit is being repaired.

Note: Inbound and outbound shipping costs for loans and repairs are not covered, except for outbound shipping of in-warranty repairs. This flexibility enables you to select your preferred shipping service and speed, while also helping us maintain competitive Service-Level Agreement prices.

PLUS Purchase and Contract Duration

PLUS must be purchased within 90 days of the original equipment purchase with a minimum contract duration of one (1) year, and can be renewed annually. If you purchase more than one year at a time, you will lock in the price for the contract's duration.

PLUS and Software Subscription Licenses

If you've opted for the subscription model for your software product, the features and benefits of PLUS are included at no additional charge.
